Prof. Dr. Abdul-Mumin Abdul-Qader Ali Shuja' al-Din

Professor at the Faculty of Sharia and Law - Sana'a University, holds a PhD in Comparative Jurisprudence, former Head of the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence, and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law for Academic Affairs. A lawyer before the Supreme Court, a legal expert and advisor, an author and researcher; he has authored more than forty books and more than eighty published research papers. He has contributed and participated in the drafting of many laws and regulations inside and outside Yemen. He currently holds the position of President of the Supreme Judicial Council - #Sana'a
