Dr. Ali bin Naji Saleh Al-Awaj

Associate Professor of Public International Law at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sana'a University. He holds a PhD in Law (specializing in Public International Law) from Cairo University, with honors and a recommendation to publish the thesis and distribute it to Arab and foreign universities. He has held several academic positions, including Director of the Center for Migration and Refugee Studies, Sana'a University, and Head of the Department of Public International Law. Prof. Dr. Abdul-Mumin Abdul-Qader Ali Shuja' al-Din

Professor at the Faculty of Sharia and Law - Sana'a University, holds a PhD in Comparative Jurisprudence, former Head of the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence, and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law for Academic Affairs. A lawyer before the Supreme Court, a legal expert and advisor, an author and researcher; he has authored more than forty books and more than eighty published research papers. He has contributed and participated in the drafting of many laws and regulations inside and outside Yemen. He currently holds the position of President of the Supreme Judicial Council - #Sana'a

Prof. Dr. Abdulwahab Abdullah Ahmed Al-Maamari

Professor of Civil Law and Human Rights at Al-Isra University, Jordan, and former Vice President of the University of Science and Technology, Yemen, with over 30 years of academic experience. An international expert in quality assurance and a certified auditor with the Association of Arab Universities, he has made significant contributions to legal program development and academic supervision, in addition to authoring and researching in the fields of contracts, intellectual property, commercial law, and e-learning.

Dr. Attorney / Rashad Noman Shaya Al-Amiri

Associate Professor of Commercial and Maritime Law at the Faculty of Law, Taiz University. He holds a PhD in Private Law (Commercial and Maritime) from Assiut University in 2011. He is also Head of the Department of Commercial and Maritime Law and a certified lawyer before the Supreme Court. He has published books, research papers, and academic studies.

Judge Dr. Saleh Abdullah Saleh Obaid Al-Marfadi

A member of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Yemen, he is an expert in criminal law, Sharia, and the judiciary. He holds a PhD in criminal law from the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University (2022). Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Saeed Al-Shuaibi

Dr. Mohammed Saleh Mohsen Muqbil

A judge and PhD researcher in administrative law, working in the Second Criminal Division of the Taiz Court of Appeal, he has judicial experience dating back to 2006, during which he moved between primary and appellate courts and assumed multiple tasks in criminal law, urgent matters, and disciplinary committees.
