Associate Professor of Public International Law at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sana'a University. He holds a PhD in Law (specializing in Public International Law) from Cairo University, with honors and a recommendation to publish the thesis and distribute it to Arab and foreign universities. He has held several academic positions, including Director of the Center for Migration and Refugee Studies, Sana'a University, and Head of the Department of Public International Law. He has several published research papers and academic studies.
