An associate professor of private international law and an expert in quality and academic development, he combines specialized scientific research with practical experience in law and arbitration, possessing distinguished expertise in institutional work and the development of legal education. He currently serves as the Head of the International Law Department at the Police College and also works as a university professor at several Yemeni universities, as well as a practicing lawyer. His academic career is marked by excellence, culminating in a Bachelor's degree with honors from the Dubai Police Academy and a PhD with distinction from Cairo University. His research contributions include more than seven books and peer-reviewed articles in the fields of private international law, e-arbitration, and nationality disputes. He is known for his extensive experience in the governance of legal education, having chaired and participated in numerous ministerial committees for standardizing curricula and academic program specifications. He is also a certified trainer in quality and academic development and teaching strategies. His influence also extends to supervising dozens of scientific papers and actively participating in seminars and conferences, thus embodying a model of an academic who builds minds at the university, sets standards in development committees, and practices law in the courtroom.
