Judge/ Abdul Fattah Ali Mohammed Shamsan Al-Qumairi

A judge, legal writer, and researcher in the judicial field, he is the Deputy Prosecutor of the Specialized Criminal Prosecution Office in Taiz Governorate. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Law from Aden University (with honors, 2006-2007) and a Master's degree in Criminal Law from Taiz University (with honors, 2023). He is currently enrolled in a doctoral program in Public Law at Taiz University. He has an active presence in judicial and legal circles and, in addition to his professional work, regularly participates in legal conferences and workshops. He has published books, working papers, and research in the fields of criminal justice, human rights, and trial procedures, thus contributing to the advancement of legal thought and the development of judicial practice in Yemen.
